Design (in the scope of railway signaling and telecommunications) and comprehensive execution of construction works on railway line No. 622 on the section F+J Podłęże R401 – Gdów / Podłęże R301 – Podłęże Balachówka within the project entitled: “Construction of the new railway line Podłęże - Szczyrzyc - Tymbark/Mszana Dolna and modernization of the existing railway line No. 104 Chabówka - Nowy Sącz - Stage II”

1. The subject of the Order is the execution of the following elements: Design and execution of works for the task entitled. “Construction of a building object entitled: railway line No. 622 Podłęże R401 – Gdów on section F from km 0+000 to km 17+487 along with technical infrastructure along railway line No. 622 on the section from km 0+000 to km 17+487 and demolition, reconstruction, expansion and construction of railway line No. 91 on the section from km 14+400 to km 15+200 along with technical infrastructure along railway line No. 91 on the section from km 12+421 to km 18+498 and construction of a building object entitled: railway connection 627 Podłęże R301 – Podłęże Balachówka on section J from km 0+000 to km 1+928 along with technical infrastructure along railway connection No. 627 on the section from km 0+000 to km 1+928 and demolition, reconstruction, expansion and construction of railway line No. 95 on the section from km 30+750 to km 31+250 (track No. 1) and from km 31+150 to km 32+050 (track No. 2) along with technical infrastructure on the section from km 29+093 to km 33+341”. The entire subject of the Order includes the execution of the following elements: 1) Design documentation, including: a) development of the executive design (railway signaling and telecommunications industry), b) development of as-built documentation, including as-built geodetic documentation, 2) Works in the scope described in the OPZ and PFU: a) track structure and substructure, b) drainage and hydrotechnical works, c) external networks, d) roads, e) railway traffic control (srk) devices, f) telecommunication devices and systems, g) traction network and power supply and control system, h) non-traction needs line (LPN); i) electrical power devices and systems up to 1 kV, j) engineering structures with accompanying works, including a railway tunnel with cross-overs, k) platforms, passenger service facilities and building facilities, l) passages and crossings, m) geological and geotechnical works, n) works related to the execution of architectural elements, o) tree and shrub cutting and environmental works, p) all other necessary for the implementation of the task in accordance with applicable regulations. 3) Works involving the construction of environmental protection facilities. 4) Conducting the conformity assessment process for structural subsystems within the scope of the order at each stage (design, construction, and final subsystem tests) and submitting the relevant EC verification declarations and EC verification certificates for subsystems. The interface option includes the implementation of cooperation with other contractors carrying out construction works or supplies for the Contracting Authority, which require integration with the railway traffic control devices installed within this task. Cooperation will take place through the Contracting Authority and/or the Engineer. The Contracting Authority anticipates that the scope of works carried out under other Contracts influences the need to make, among others, changes in the scope of interfaces (i.e., implementation within this task of the Interface Option). The detailed scope of the Interface Option has been specified in Chapter No. 5 OF VOLUME IV — PFU entitled: “Anticipated changes in the scope of interfaces”, which concern the railway signaling and telecommunications devices intended for installation within this order. 2. The detailed Description of the Subject of the Order is presented in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes Volume III of this SWZ, and the Functional-Utility Program (PFU), which constitutes Volume IV of this SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority intends to award orders referred to in Art. 388 point 2) letter c) of the Act. The scope of orders referred to in Art. 388 point 2) letter c) of the Act and the conditions under which they will be awarded are specified by the OPZ and PFU. A similar order may be awarded under a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice, after prior negotiations with the Contractor, particularly regarding the terms of the contract, including price, execution deadline, warranty period/liability period, and will consist of repeating similar executive designs of the railway signaling and telecommunications industry and comprehensive construction works consistent with the subject of the order, particularly in the scope...
