Design (in the field of SRK and telecommunications) and execution of works for the project: Section 2 - construction works on railway line no. 201 section Maksymilianowo – Wierzchucin within the framework of the project “Works on the Maksymilianowo – Kościerzyna section”.

The subject of the Order is the design (in the field of SRK and telecommunications) and execution of works for the task: Section 2 - construction works on railway line no. 201 section Maksymilianowo – Wierzchucin within the framework of the project “Works on the Maksymilianowo – Kościerzyna section”. The entire subject of the Order includes the execution of the following elements: Execution of works in the scope of (TASK A): 1) track structure and subgrade, 2) traction network including power supply, 3) electrical power devices and systems up to 1 kV, 4) engineering structures, 5) platforms and building structures, 6) crossings and level crossings, 7) geology. Development of detailed designs including the execution of works in the scope of (TASK B): 1) railway traffic control devices (SRK), 2) telecommunication devices and systems. Option for Interface: Installation of ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system on railway line no. 201, construction of a multi-level intersection on DK no. 56 and elimination of the railway-road level crossing at km 43.918 on railway line no. 201. Execution of works related to the construction of environmental protection facilities. As-built documentation, including: • development of technical regulations, in cooperation with the Ordering Party, based on Instruction Ir-3, after completion of construction works, in all disciplines, • development of as-built geodetic documentation: - staking of the line and longitudinal profile of the railway line, - handover-acceptance protocols of track axis regulation marks, - numerical situational-height map with as-built geodetic inventory, • development of documentation from the establishment and measurement of the Railway basic geodetic control network and the Railway special control network, • development of new diagrams of traffic control posts and dispatch points. The detailed description of the subject of the Order has been presented for: TASK A in the Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWIORB) and the descriptive and drawing part of the Design Documentation, constituting Volume III of the SWZ, and in the Bill of Quantities constituting a separate Volume IV of the SWZ, TASK B in the Functional-Utility Program (PFU) constituting Volume III of the SWZ. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, foresees the possibility of annulling the procurement procedure if public funds, which the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order, have not been granted to it. The contractor remains bound by the submitted offer until 11.02.2026. The period of offer validity begins upon expiry of the offer submission deadline. The bid bond must be submitted before the expiry of the offer submission deadline and maintained without interruption until the expiry of the offer validity period, except in cases referred to in Art. 98(1)(2) and (3) and (2) of the Act.
