Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest: 1) Zaprojektowanie, wykonanie i wdrożenie Chatbota (z funkcją live chat):bazującego na sztucznej inteligencji wraz z integracją z systemami zewnętrznymi tj. systemem kolejkowym QMS oraz systemem Zgłoszenia BB oraz jego implementacja w ramach Głównego Portalu Miejskiego, Biuletynu Informacji Publicznej oraz Portalu Rady Miejskiej (w przypadku realizacji prawa opcji). 2) Zaprojektowanie, wykonanie i wdrożenie Voicebota: bazującego na sztucznej inteligencji wraz z integracją z systemem kolejkowym QMS na infolinii Zamawiającego. 3) Restrukturyzacja Głównego Portalu Miejskiego obejmująca: a) wdrożenie w nim architektury multisite wraz z zaprojektowaniem, wykonaniem i kompleksowym wdrożeniem w ramach tej architektury zakresu treści z poniższych serwisów: • https://visitbb.pl • https://bbosir.bielsko.pl • https://komunikacja.bielsko-biala.pl • https://strazmiejska.bielsko.pl • https://pelnakultura.info (Zamawiający dopuszcza implementację na dowolnym CMS) b) wykonanie niezbędnych modyfikacji modułów, a także budowę nowych modułów w ramach Głównego Portalu Miejskiego, architektury multisite pozwalających na implementacje i sprawne działanie tego środowiska z Chatbotem. 4) Prawo opcji: restrukturyzacja Portalu Rady Miejskiej dostępnego pod adresem https://rm.bielsko-biala.pl polegająca na zaprojektowaniu, wykonaniu i kompleksowym wdrożeniu Portalu jako niezależnej witryny internetowej wraz z implementacją Chatbota, o którym mowa w pkt 1 powyżej.
