1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, wykonanie, oznakowanie oraz konfekcja (spakowanie) i dostarczenie spersonalizowanych materiałów promocyjnych. 2. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do przygotowania i skompletowania (konfekcjonowania) zestawów promocyjnych zgodnie ze specyfikacją ilościową i asortymentową określoną w załączniku nr 1 do OPZ. 3. Wykonawca dostarczy skompletowane zestawy promocyjne do lokalizacji wskazanych w załączniku nr 1 do OPZ. 4. Przedmiot zamówienia zostanie dostarczony do 46 lokalizacji wskazanych w załączniku nr 1 do OPZ, w tym do 45 jednostek zewnętrznych oraz siedziby Zamawiającego. Załącznik określa również liczbę i rodzaj zestawów przeznaczonych dla poszczególnych lokalizacji.
