Design, Procurement, and Installation of a New Modular Office and Welfare Facility (DPN) with Technical Buildings and Adjacent Land Development at the Liquid Fuels Transshipment Base in the Port of Gdańsk

This tender concerns the design, procurement, and installation of a new modular office and welfare facility, designated as DPN, along with associated technical buildings and the development of adjacent land. The project is situated within the Liquid Fuels Transshipment Base in the Port of Gdańsk. The scope of work is comprehensive, encompassing the development of detailed design documentation for all components, managing all necessary official formalities and obtaining permits for demolition and construction on behalf of the contracting authority. This includes securing any required deviations, approvals, opinions, resolutions, and decisions. The contractor will be responsible for site handover and organization, the prefabrication, delivery, and installation of modular technical facilities, and obtaining partial occupancy permits for these modular technical structures. The project also involves the installation of temporary container facilities to enable personnel relocation during construction. Key elements include the construction of underground infrastructure, such as connections and utility systems. Furthermore, the scope includes the prefabrication, demolition of the existing DPN building, and the supply and installation of a new DPN building. Repairs to the facades and roofs of existing technical facilities are also required. The tender concludes with technical inspections, the preparation of as-built documentation, obtaining the final occupancy permit, and assisting with the relocation of staff from temporary to the permanent facility, followed by the dismantling of the temporary structures. The investment will be executed under a Design and Build contract.
