The Contractor shall perform the subject of the order in accordance with applicable regulations and the art of construction, in accordance with the provisions of the request for quotation and any answers to questions addressed to the Ordering Party during the course of this procedure, and shall provide the warranty specified in the request for quotation for the period required by the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide the devices/equipment and materials necessary for the execution of the subject of the order. The offered materials necessary for the execution of the order must be brand-new and must possess the required certificates or other documents confirming their quality and approval for use within the European Union. The remuneration is lump-sum. The Contractor, as a professional, is obliged to include in the offer price all costs necessary for the proper and timely execution of the full scope of the subject of the order, even if they are not explicitly listed in the description of the subject of the order, but are necessary to achieve the objective specified in the request for quotation. The applied solutions and devices must comply with PN, EN standards or other equivalent documents accepted by the generally applicable laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union, including the principles of good engineering practice.
