DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER The subject of the order is construction works including thermal modernization of the building envelope of the production building. The investment aims to reduce the consumption of raw materials for heating the building, which will contribute to lower operating costs and improve the energy efficiency of the facility. Thermal modernization will improve thermal comfort for users and reduce pollutant emissions into the environment. The scope of works covered by this order corresponds to the thermal modernization undertakings indicated in the co-financing application and the energy audit forming the basis for the project implementation. Technical specification/Minimum requirements: 1. Thermal modernization of the roof structure - spray insulation Thermal insulation of the roof structure by filling the protective gap with polyurethane foam. ● roof structures using polyurethane foam in the protective gap 50 ● insulation material: polyurethane foam (PUR or PIR) ● insulation thickness: 16 cm ● heat transfer coefficient of the structure after works: U ≤ 0.146 W/m²K ● surface area: 282.94 m² Scope of works includes in particular: ● substrate preparation, ● insulation spraying, ● protection of structural elements, ● execution of necessary flashings and seals. 2. Roof thermal modernization - sandwich panels Thermal insulation of the roof by using sandwich panels with bitumen facings and EPS 100-034 core: ● insulation material: EPS 100-034 ROOF ● insulation thickness: 11 cm ● heat transfer coefficient of the structure after works: U ≤ 0.278 W/m²K ● surface area: 1468.86 m² Scope of works includes in particular: ● material supply, ● installation of insulation panels, ● execution of insulation and sealing layers, ● execution of sheet metal flashing and seals. 3. External wall thermal modernization - ETICS system Thermal insulation of external walls by using polystyrene boards: ● insulation material: EPS 80-034 Facade polystyrene ● insulation thickness: 15 cm ● heat transfer coefficient of the structure after works: U ≤ 0.194 W/m²K ● surface area: 344.81 m² Scope of works includes: ● substrate preparation, ● installation of polystyrene boards, ● execution of the reinforcing layer, ● execution of the facade finishing layer. 4. External wall insulation - ETICS system Insulation of external walls of the building by using polystyrene boards: ● External wall partitions 60 for the entire building ● insulation material: EPS 80-036 Facade polystyrene ● insulation thickness: 15 cm ● heat transfer coefficient of the structure after works: U ≤ 0.195 W/m²K ● surface area: 94.05 m² Scope of works includes: ● substrate preparation, ● installation of insulation boards, ● execution of the reinforcing layer, ● all other accompanying works necessary for the correct execution of thermal modernization. General requirements Works should be performed in accordance with applicable building law, technical conditions for execution and acceptance of construction works, and in accordance with the energy audit forming the basis for project implementation. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with documentation confirming the correct execution of works, in particular declarations of performance, technical data sheets of materials used, warranty documents, and other documents required by law or necessary for the acceptance of works. Materials necessary for the execution of the subject of the order are fully provided by the Contractor. Materials must be factory new, unused, and must: ● possess the required certificates and declarations of performance (CE), ● be approved for circulation and use in construction in accordance with applicable regulations, ● meet the requirements of construction standards and technical-construction regulations. The Contractor is obliged to: ● perform works in accordance with the principles of the construction trade, ● use materials with parameters not worse than those indicated in this specification, ● ensure transport, installation, and all accompanying works necessary for the correct execution of the order. ● manage and remove waste generated during the execution of works in accordance with applicable regulations. ● clean up the construction site and remove materials and waste. The technical parameters of the partitions after the works must be consistent with the assumptions of the energy audit forming the basis for the investment implementation within the project. Conditions for contract amendment: a) The contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose offer is the most advantageous (obtains the highest number of points). b) If the Contractor whose offer has been selected refuses to conclude the contract, the Contracting Authority will select the most advantageous offer from the remaining submitted offers without re-evaluating them. c) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to withdraw from concluding the contract in the event of withdrawal from the project implementation, in case of circumstances unknown to the Contracting Authority on the day of preparing this Request for Quotation. d) In the event of a situation related to the need to make appropriate changes to the contract for the proper execution of the order, the possibility of making changes by means of an annex to the contract is reserved. The Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of introducing the following changes to the Contract: ● resulting from objective reasons (obvious error in the contract text, outdated legal provisions, etc.); ● extension of the order execution deadline by the period of downtime caused by the direct impact on the inability to execute the order - the state of epidemic or epidemic threat in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland or difficulties resulting from them - by the period of downtime, which may last no longer than until the state of epidemic or epidemic threat is lifted; ● p...
