Przedmiotem zamówienia stanowi wykonanie kompleksowej realizacja zadania inwestycyjnego polegającego na przeprowadzeniu termomodernizacji następujących budynków: • Budynek nr 1 • Budynek nr 5 • Budynek nr 6 • Budynek nr 7 • Budynek nr 8 • Budynek nr 9 • Budynek nr 14 • Budynek nr 15 obejmującego wykonanie robót budowlano-instalacyjnych zgodnie z zakresem przewidzianym dokumentacją (Załącznik nr 5 ) oraz zgodnie z poniżej wskazanym zakresem. Zamówienie obejmuje również wykonanie wszelkich niezbędnych prac/robót budowlanych towarzyszących, zapewniających zgodność z przepisami prawa budowlanego oraz Prawa ochrony środowiska.
