The Contractor is obliged to deliver, along with the device, the EU/EC declaration of conformity – in accordance with applicable regulations. Order award procedure: The Ordering Party is not an entity obliged to apply the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2019, as amended). The procurement procedure is conducted taking into account the principles referred to in the Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure for 2021-2027, in accordance with the principle of competition specified in the Guidelines and in the Beneficiary and Applicant's Manual for Cohesion Policy Programmes 2021-2027, in a manner that ensures fair competition and equal treatment of contractors, as well as operating in a transparent and proportionate manner. The order constituting the subject of this request was issued in connection with the implementation of project number FEWP.10.02-IZ.00-0058/25 entitled "Innovations in the production of metal components for the furniture industry" submitted under recruitment FEWP.10.02-IZ.00-001/25 within the framework of the European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027 programme; Order execution deadline: The delivery date of the subject of the order will be specified in the agreement concluded with the selected Contractor. Delivery should be carried out during the Ordering Party's working hours, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and if necessary, also outside these hours, in accordance with direct arrangements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor. Place of order execution and Payment Terms In accordance with the agreement concluded with the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to deliver a brand new piece of equipment to the Ordering Party's facility - 62-700 Turek, Warenka 14A. Complete information, detailed requirements, and formal guidelines regarding the rest of the scope have been specified in attachment no. 3 to the request for quotation. Supplementary orders: The Ordering Party does not foresee supplementary orders. Conditions for contract amendment: The Ordering Party foresees the possibility of amending the provisions of the concluded agreement in relation to the content of the offer on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in case of mutual agreement of both Parties to this agreement or when the changes resulted from circumstances that could not have been foreseen at the time of concluding the agreement, in particular, changes may concern: the duration of the agreement, the work schedule, changes in generally applicable legal provisions affecting the performance of the subject of the order. The aforementioned changes must not lead to an increase in unit prices specified in the offer, and in the case of a decrease in the quantity of the ordered subject of the order, the Contractor shall not have any claims against the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantitative demand covered by this order, depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party resulting from the progress of work on the project. In the event of non-utilization of the quantity or value of the subject of the order covered by this request for quotation during its validity period, a change in its validity period is permitted. The Parties will be notified of the need to introduce a change within 7 calendar days from the occurrence of the circumstance generating the need to introduce the change.
