Project Management entitled: Expansion of Provincial Road No. 151 on the Recz – Choszczno section

1. The service includes: 1) management and coordination of all activities related to the Project implementation; 2) performing investor supervision and control over the execution of construction works in accordance with the Construction Law and the concluded construction works contract; 3) actions aimed at the timely completion of construction works; 4) documenting the progress of works; 5) fulfilling reporting obligations agreed with the Project Manager; 6) performing author's supervision in accordance with Art. 20 sec. 1 point 4 of the Construction Law Act of July 7, 1994, in the form of visits to the construction site, as well as works performed at the Contractor's premises. Planned number of supervisions: author's supervision related to site presence - 35 supervisions and 95 supervisions performed at the Contractor's premises. The subject of the order is described in detail in Chapter C "Description of the subject of the order" and D "Draft contract". 2. The scope of construction works includes the expansion of the provincial road No. 151 section from the town of Recz (km 65+548.82) to the town of Choszczno (km 79+387.21) over a length of approximately 13.84 km. The road expansion will consist of adapting the pavement structure for KR3 traffic category with widening the carriageway in the route section to at least 7 m, and in towns to at least 6.5 m. 3. The scope of construction works includes, among others: 1) felling of trees and shrubs, 2) demolition works, 3) removal of the humus layer, 4) earthworks - excavations, embankments, profiling of slopes and ditches, 5) execution of the provincial road structure, 6) execution of subgrade reinforcement, 7) construction of two roundabout intersections in Recz and Choszczno, 8) reconstruction of the existing roundabout intersection in Choszczno, 9) construction and reconstruction of sidewalks, bicycle paths and pedestrian-bicycle routes, accesses, 10) construction of bus bays, 11) reconstruction of culverts under the road crown, 12) reconstruction of sewage systems in towns, 13) reconstruction of sanitary sewage systems in towns, 14) reconstruction of water supply networks in towns, 15) reconstruction of road lighting, 16) construction of lighting for pedestrian crossings, 17) removal of conflicts with energy, telecommunication and gas infrastructure, 18) execution of vertical and horizontal markings, 19) compensatory planting of trees and shrubs, 20) renovation of the municipal road - detour, 21) demolition of two bridge structures (km 65+994.3; km 72+850.8) and a culvert (km 79+304.8) and construction of new structures in their place, 22) execution of retaining structure - sheet pile wall and extension of culvert No. 8.
