Project Management "Review and update of flood risk management plans in the 3rd planning cycle"

The subject of the order is the provision of project management services: "Review and update of flood risk management plans in the 3rd planning cycle". The aim of the order is to ensure its timely and reliable implementation through organizational and legal support for the Contracting Authority and the settlement and monitoring of the Project's substantive and financial progress. The order will be carried out within the framework of the Project "Review and update of flood risk management plans in the 3rd planning cycle" (3.PZRP), Project No.: FENX.02.04-IW.01-0025/24, financed by the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (FEnIKS) 2021-2027 program. The subject of the entire Project "Review and update of flood risk management plans in the 3rd planning cycle" is to conduct a review and develop an update of the flood risk management plans adopted by the Minister of Infrastructure's regulations of October 18, 2022, and October 26, 2022, regarding the adoption of flood risk management plans for the river basins of the Vistula, Pregola, Neman, Danube, and Oder and Elbe (available, among others, on the website stoppowodzi.pl/projekty-apzrp/ or in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). The Project also includes the following tasks, which will be carried out under separate public procurement procedures: TASK 1 Review and update of flood risk management plans in the 3rd planning cycle, TASK 2 Information and promotional activities, TASK 3 Development of environmental impact forecasts and conducting SEA (strategic environmental assessment). The scope of this order includes services that are part of the Project "Review and update of flood risk management plans in the 3rd planning cycle" - Project Management. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
