Management, operation and maintenance of the Municipal Stadium in Świdnik

The Manager undertakes to ensure the proper functioning of the Municipal Stadium in Świdnik, located on plots no. 139/1, no. 139/3, no. 139/4 and no. 140/2 at ul. Sportowa 2 in Świdnik, in accordance with the current legal status and the object's purpose (in the period from 01.07.2026 to 31.12.2026). As part of the management, operation and maintenance of the Stadium, the Manager undertakes in particular to: 1. Ongoing administration and operation of the Stadium in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994, Building Law, as-built documentation, warranty cards and operating instructions; 2. Performing activities and duties provided for in the Act of July 7, 1994, Building Law and implementing regulations related to property management; 3. Taking all actions in accordance with applicable regulations, including those regulated by the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code, and the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of the Stadium; 4. Taking all actions to ensure safety and health protection on the Stadium premises in connection with situations that cannot be foreseen on the date of concluding this Agreement, caused by force majeure, including infectious diseases, epidemics, acts of war; 5. Taking all actions in accordance with applicable legal regulations aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of the Stadium; 6. Taking all actions to maintain buildings, structures and other devices in proper order, cleanliness and appropriate technical and sanitary condition, including the pneumatic hall; 7. Acquiring Stadium sponsors and conducting promotional activities to increase the facility's recognition and build a positive image of the Stadium; 8. Ensuring the possibility of placing advertisements and information by interested entities within the scope of their business activities to an extent agreed between the parties; 9. Ensuring the possibility of making Stadium surfaces available for banners, advertisements and other advertising media; 10. Ensuring the possibility for interested entities to use sports infrastructure on commercial terms (paid); 11. Developing and updating the schedule of use of facilities located at the Stadium; 12. Ensuring the possibility of holding sports competitions, matches and other events according to a previously established schedule; 13. Making the Stadium available to organizers of mass events, provided they have the relevant permits specified by law, and in particular by the Act of March 20, 2009 on the safety of mass events and the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property; 14. Displaying and enforcing compliance with the provisions of the Municipal Stadium Regulations adopted by the Resolution of the Świdnik City Council and the regulations and instructions for individual facilities and devices; 15. Ensuring the safety of use and proper operation of the Stadium and the pneumatic hall; 16. Ensuring compliance with the operating instructions provided by the General Contractor; 17. Demanding from entities using the Stadium and event organizers the repair of damages incurred during their duration; 18. Performing current repairs and maintenance work on buildings, structures and other devices necessary for the proper functioning of the facility, with a value not exceeding PLN 10,000.00 net; 19. Ensuring the comprehensive supply of utilities to the facility and concluding appropriate agreements in this regard, including for the supply of electricity, water and central heating; 20. Ensuring the necessary services for the proper functioning of the Stadium and concluding appropriate agreements in this regard, including for sewage disposal, solid waste removal in accordance with applicable legal regulations, with a frequency adapted to needs, as well as other services necessary for proper...
