Predmet ove nabave je nabava zaštitne odjeće za hitnu medicinsku službu prema Tehničkim specifikacijama (Prilog 1) i Troškovniku (Prilog 2) koji čine sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Zahtjevi definirani Tehničkim specifikacijama predstavljaju minimalne tehničke karakteristike koje ponuđena roba mora zadovoljavati, ukoliko nije drugačije navedeno, te se iste ne smije mijenjati od strane ponuditelja. Ponuditelji uz ponudu prilažu Izjavu (Obrazac 1) iz ove dokumentacije o nabavi, u kojoj navode da je ponuđena roba sukladna zahtjevima iz Tehničke specifikacije. Naručitelj si ostavlja mogućnost traženja uzoraka ukoliko to bude potrebno, te će u tom slučaju prije donošenja odluke o odabiru od ponuditelja koji je podnio ekonomski najpovoljniju ponudu zatražiti da u primjerenom roku koji ne može biti kraći od 5 (pet) dana dostavu uzoraka. Uzorcima ponuditelj nedvojbeno dokazuje, a Naručitelj može prepoznati da ponuđena roba odgovara navedenom u specifikaciji za artikle na kojima je to naznačeno u Obrascu troškovnika. Uzorke nije potrebno amblemirati. Svaki uzorak je potrebno označiti na način da sadrži informaciju o rednom broju stavke na koju se isti odnosi u Troškovniku . Uzorke odabranog ponuditelja Naručitelj će zadržati tijekom ugovora. Kako bi se ponuda smatrala prikladnom, ponuđeno mora zadovoljiti sve navedeno u tehničkim specifikacijama.
