Predmetom zákazky je poskytnutie komplexnej služby pre projekt „Zavedenie váženého množstevného zberu ZKO v Žiari nad Hronom“, spočívajúcej najmä v návrhu, dodaní, implementácii, konfigurácii, integrácii, sprevádzkovaní a podpore prevádzky informačno-technologického systému umožňujúceho: • regulovaný a autorizovaný prístup do uzamykateľných prístreškov/stojísk zberných nádob, • identifikáciu používateľov a evidenciu prístupov/udalostí (audit log), • automatizované váženie zmesového komunálneho odpadu (ZKO) pri každom vstupe/ukladaní odpadu, • priradenie nameranej hmotnosti ku konkrétnemu identifikátoru používateľa, • zber, lokálne ukladanie a prenos údajov na serverové úložisko, • spracovanie údajov, reporting a exporty pre potreby fakturácie/poplatkov, • integráciu a komunikáciu s existujúcimi systémami verejného obstarávateľa alebo systémami odpadového hospodárstva (napr. prostredníctvom API), • prevádzkové funkcie (offline režim, záložné napájanie, diagnostika/monitoring, vzdialené aktualizácie).
