Zelfscan as a Service - Conditionerende Onderzoeken Opdrachtgever: Enexis Netbeheer BV/Enexis Personeel BV Enexis Personeel B.V. (hierna: Aanbestedende Dienst) voert deze aanbesteding uit ten behoeve van zichzelf en de mede-opdrachtgevers: Enexis Netbeheer B.V., Waterleiding Maatschappij Limburg N.V. (WML), Brabant Water N.V., N.V. Rendo en Stichting GROND'G (hierna gezamenlijk aangeduid als: Opdrachtgever). Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Raamovereenkomst met één (1) contractpartner voor het leveren, integreren en onderhouden van een SaaS-applicatie voor 'Zelfscans' ten behoeve van conditionerende onderzoeken (o.a. Bodemkwaliteit, Archeologie, Flora & Fauna en Ontplofbare Oorlogsresten). De Zelfscan-applicatie stelt de Opdrachtgevers in staat om geautomatiseerd risicoanalyses uit te voeren op basis van GIS- en cartografische databronnen voorafgaand aan graaf- en infrastructurele werkzaamheden.
