Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa implantów i narzędzi do zabiegów artroskopowych. Dalszy i dokładny opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (dalej jako: SWZ). Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość zmniejszenia wielkości zamówienia nie mniej jednak niż do 20 % dla pakietu nr 1 oraz do 10% dla pakietu nr 2 zaś Wykonawca wyraża na to zgodę oraz oświadcza, że w stosunku do Zamawiającego nie będzie dochodził jakichkolwiek roszczeń z tego tytułu. Dla pakietu nr 1 wymagane jest instrumentarium. Instrumentarium powinno być w kontenerze do sterylizacji w systemie bezobsługowym otwartym. Instrumentarium powinno znajdować się na terenie Szpitala przez cały okres stosowania dostarczonych implantów. Wykonawca utworzy nieodpłatnie na terenie Bloku Operacyjnego magazyn depozytowy z możliwością uzupełnienia zużytych implantów.
