Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je vypracování projektové dokumentace v příslušných výkonových fázích a zajištění souvisejících investorsko-inženýrských činností ve vztahu ke stavebnímu projektu „Objekt infocentra Památníku Terezín a přilehlé parkoviště“. Součástí předmětu plnění je rovněž poskytování odborného poradenství ve vztahu k plánovaným souvisejícím zadávacím řízením na zhotovitele stavby a vybavení interiérů, a výkon dozoru projektanta. V současné době má zadavatel k dispozici: a) dokumentaci pro stavební povolení pod názvem STAVEBNÍ ÚPRAVY INFOCENTRA A PARKOVIŠTĚ – PAMÁTNÍK TEREZÍN, z 06/2024, zpracovanou zhotovitelem arch. MgA. Marcelou Steinbachovou, Ph.D. (H.I.P. Ing. Vladimír Pavlovič), a b) stavební povolení. (dále společně též „Dosavadní podklady“) Dosavadní podklady zadavatel obdržel na základě výsledků činnosti příslušného zhotovitele v rámci plnění veřejné zakázky s názvem Muzeum ghetta Terezín . Hlavním předmětem činnosti zhotovitele bylo realizovat rekonstrukci budovy Muzea Ghetta v Terezíně, vč. návrhu expozice. Součástí plnění byly též výstupy, uvedené pod písm. a) a b) výše. Cílem této veřejné zakázky je zadání dalšího stupně projektové dokumentace a souvisejících činností k projektu Objekt infocentra Památníku Terezín a přilehlé parkoviště. Zadavatel nebyl oprávněn činnosti dokončit dle původní smlouvy.
