Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług w zakresie zimowego utrzymania dróg w 2 sezonach zimowych: 1) Sezon 2026 - 2027 (okres od dnia 01.12.2026 od godz. 8:00 do dnia 31.03.2027 do godz. 8:00) oraz 2) Sezon 2027 - 2028 (okres od dnia 01.12.2027 od godz. 8:00 do dnia 31.03.2028 do godz. 8:00). 2. Poprzez zimowe utrzymanie dróg należy rozumieć zespół działań mających na celu zmniejszenie lub ograniczenie i docelowo likwidację utrudnień i zakłóceń ruchu wywołanych niekorzystnymi zjawiskami atmosferycznymi występującymi w okresie zimowym takimi jak: opady atmosferyczne śniegu oraz gradu, marznącego deszczu, gołoledź, lodowica, szadź, szron itp. 3. Zimowym utrzymaniem objęte są gminne drogi publiczne, wybrane drogi wewnętrzne oraz chodniki, zatoki i miejsca postojowe na terenie miasta Kartuzy sołectwa Kosy i Burchardztwo. 4. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określający dokładny zakres oraz wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do co najmniej głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia, zawarto w załączniku nr 5 do SWZ.
