1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest świadczenie usług związanych z zimowym utrzymaniem dróg: powiatowych, gminnych i wewnętrznych położonych na terenie Gminy Koluszki o szacunkowej długości ulic około 197 km. 2. Zimowe utrzymanie dróg – są to prace mające na celu zmniejszenie lub wyeliminowanie zakłóceń dla ruchu drogowego wywołanych takimi czynnikami atmosferycznymi, jak: opady śniegu oraz śliskość zimowa. 3. Obowiązki Wykonawcy związane z przedmiotem zamówienia: 1) usuwanie śniegu z jezdni i dróg, odśnieżanie miejsc trudno dostępnych ( zatoki autobusowe, przystanki komunikacyjne), 2) zwalczanie śliskości zimowej i pośniegowej ( szczególnie na wzniesieniach, skrzyżowaniach i łukach), 3) pozimowe zamiatanie pasów drogowych: ulic, zatok postojowych, chodników, ścieżek rowerowych. 4) przygotowanie pojazdów i sprzętu Wykonawcy, zakup i przygotowanie środków chemicznych i kruszyw naturalnych do posypywania dróg oraz załadunek w/w materiałów na piaskarki Wykonawcy, 5) prowadzenie ,,Dziennego raportu zimowego utrzymania dróg" składanie go w siedzibie Zamawiającego.
