Simplified Project Documentation

This tender concerns the provision of simplified project documentation and related engineering activities, technical support, author's supervision, and associated services for typically non-investment maintenance work and repairs related to the regular upkeep of entrusted property. These services can also be commissioned as a package of planned actions for a given period. The scope of work includes the preparation of investor budgets and lists of works and services, typically compiled according to OTSKP price lists, or alternatively ÚRS or operational and other price lists as required by the contracting authority. The use of items for engineering activities is necessary, for instance, when dealing with authorities regarding various types of permits, negotiating access, temporary land occupation, etc. Given the lower complexity, small scale, and relatively low value of individual contracts, the so-called White Book of Contractual Conditions will not be used for this type of documentation. Maintenance work, in the sense of regular upkeep, generally does not require the preparation of project documentation according to the Directive; the scope of work will be specified in the specific contract. Simplified project documentation may be required not only for construction work but also for services. This notably includes, for example, the cleaning of ditches or other objects that require the preparation of a more detailed, time-consuming passport before the maintenance work itself can be commissioned, which the Contracting Authority cannot provide due to capacity constraints. The precise specification will be detailed in the specific contract. Contracts will be concluded by individual operational units of the Contracting Authority, as needed, for one or more planned actions, typically for a period of one year, according to the action plan for the subsequent period.
