Simplified project documentation

The subject of the public contracts awarded within the established DNS will be the processing of simplified project documentation and related engineering activities, technical support, supervisory control and related services in ensuring generally non-investment maintenance work and repairs related to the ordinary maintenance of entrusted property. These can also be awarded as a set of planned activities for a given period. The processing of simplified project documentation includes the preparation of investor budgets and lists of works and services, generally processed according to the price lists of OTSKP, or ÚRS or operational and other price lists according to the contracting authority's requirements. The use of items for engineering activities is necessary, for example, when negotiating with authorities regarding various types of permits, negotiating access, temporary land use, etc. Due to the lower complexity, small scope and relatively low value of individual contracts, the so-called White Book of Contractual Conditions will not be used for this type of documentation. Maintenance work in the sense of ordinary maintenance generally does not require the processing of project documentation according to the Directive, and the scope of work will be specified by a specific contract. Simplified project documentation may be required not only for construction work but also for services. In particular, this includes, for example, the cleaning of ditches or other objects that require the preparation of a more detailed, time-consuming passport before the maintenance work itself is awarded, which the Contracting Authority cannot provide due to capacity reasons. The exact specification will be stated in the specific contract. Contracts will be concluded by individual operational units of the Contracting Authority, as needed, for one or more planned activities, generally for a period of one year, according to the plan of activities for the following period.
