Simplified project documentation may be required not only for construction work but also for services, such as ditch cleaning or other tasks that necessitate a detailed, time-consuming passport before maintenance can commence, which the contracting authority cannot provide due to capacity constraints. The precise specifications will be detailed in each contract. Contracts will be concluded by individual operational units of the contracting authority, as needed, for one or more planned actions, typically for a duration of one year, aligned with the action plan for the upcoming period.
