Predmetom zákazky je komplexná obnova obvodového plášťa a striech Základnej školy Gessayova 2 v Bratislave – Petržalke s cieľom znížiť energetickú náročnosť budovy, predĺžiť jej životnosť a zlepšiť vnútorné prostredie školy. Zahŕňa zateplenie fasády vrátane sokla, ostení a parapetov, úpravu a zateplenie strešných konštrukcií s novou hydroizolačnou vrstvou a súvisiacimi klampiarskymi prvkami, výmenu existujúcich okien a dverí za nové výplne otvorov s izolačným zasklením, ako aj nevyhnutné klampiarske, zámočnícke, murárske a dokončovacie práce. Súčasťou realizácie je dodanie všetkých materiálov, vykonanie prác v súlade s platnými technickými normami, použitím certifikovaného zatepľovacieho systému a pri dodržaní požiadaviek bezpečnosti a ochrany zdravia pri práci, vrátane likvidácie vzniknutého stavebného odpadu.
