W ramach realizacji Wykonawca dostarczy sprzęt fabrycznie nowy, nieużywany, w pełni sprawny technicznie, wolny od wad, nie powystawowy, gotowy do użycia, spełniający wymogi bezpieczeństwa, posiadający wymagane prawem atesty, deklaracje zgodności i certyfikaty wynikające z obowiązujących przepisów w tym zakresie 4.
