Procurement of food raw materials for the Catering Service Economic Organization. The specified quantities are for information purposes only, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change them due to unpredictable needs. Informative procurement quantity: Vegetables, fruits: 243.427KG, 27000 BOXES, 33.190 BUNDLES, which will be divided according to the product types and quantities detailed in the issued Product Table. The framework amount of the public procurement contract is net HUF 149,776,900, of which the Contracting Authority undertakes to call off at least 70%. The Contracting Authority is entitled not to request delivery for a given week or occasion regarding the specified delivery locations. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to issue orders until the specified framework amount is fully depleted. The contract is valid for a fixed period of 12 months from the date of signing by both parties, with the contract terminating before the expiry of the above period if the framework amount is depleted. The products to be procured are listed in the Unpriced Product Table provided as an appendix to the KD, and the Technical Specification contains further requirements. The expectations regarding the packaging of individual products belonging to a given lot are contained in the Unpriced Product Table, which is an appendix to the KD. The requirements regarding delivery frequency and location are contained in the Technical Specification, which is part of the KD. Where the Unpriced Product Table (product list) required reference to a specific make, origin, or type of product for a clear and understandable definition of the subject of the procurement, the designation was made to clearly define the nature of the subject, and tenderers may offer products that are "or equivalent" to the specified make and type of products, in accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.) on the method of proving suitability and exclusion grounds in public procurement procedures and defining the technical specifications of public procurement. The tenderer must prove equivalence. It is therefore the tenderer's obligation to prove in the offer that the offered product is equivalent to the product specified by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority will provide factual justification for any non-acceptance.
