Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa przeprowadzenia ogólnopolskich badań terenowych oraz oznaczeń laboratoryjnych wybranych wskaźników biochemicznych krwi żylnej (zakres procedur poniżej) w grupie 360 osób w wieku 15-69 lat, wskazanych przez Uniwersytet Medyczny w Łodzi. Celem badania jest porównanie skuteczności różnych modeli profilaktyczno-terapeutycznych w prewencji wielochorobowości kardiometabolicznej. Grupa badana: Ogółem 360 osób (15-69 lat), wybranych spośród uczestników badania prospektywnego na podstawie kryteriów włączenia i wyłączenia. Respondenci zostaną przydzieleni losowo do trzech równolicznych grup (3 x 120) z uwzględnieniem zbliżonego rozkładu ze względu na płeć i wiek.
