Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został opisany w specyfikacjach technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót, przedmiarach robót oraz dokumentacji projektowej (załącznik nr 8 do SWZ). Wykonawca udzieli co najmniej 36 miesięcy gwarancji na wykonane przez siebie roboty i zamontowane urządzenia, a w przypadku systemu okablowania strukturalnego warunki gwarancyjne zgodnie z zapisami w dokumentacji projektowej [załącznik nr 8 do SWZ]. Czas gwarancji w miesiącach stanowi jedno z kryteriów oceny ofert. Odpowiedzi udzielane przez Zamawiającego na pytania składane przez Wykonawców należy uwzględnić w wycenie ofertowej. Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisane w SWZ. W przypadkach, kiedy w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia wskazane zostały znaki towarowe, patenty, pochodzenie, źródło lub szczególny proces, charakteryzujące określone produkty lub usługi, oznacza to, że Zamawiający nie może opisać przedmiotu zamówienia za pomocą dostatecznie dokładnych określeń i jest to uzasadnione specyfiką przedmiotu zamówienia. W takich sytuacjach ewentualne wskazania na znaki towarowe, patenty, pochodzenie, źródło lub szczególny proces, należy odczytywać z wyrazami „lub równoważne”. Należy rozumieć to jako określenie wymaganych minimalnych parametrów użytkowych, funkcjonalnych i technicznych lub standardów jakościowych.
