Zpracování projektové dokumentace na stavbu "DM a ŠJ Pardubice - novostavba DM, areál Ke Tvrzi. Jedná se o budovu obdelníkového tvaru umístěné souběžně s ulicí Ke Tvrzi se 4 NP. V 1NP bude umístěno zázemí pro domov mládeže (tech. místnost, kotelna, prádelna, sklady, atd.) serverovna, dílna pro DM a dílna se skladem pro DD Pardubice, plus v pravé části od vstupu bude 6 pokojů. V 2 NP budou dvoulůžkové pokoje, společné sociální zázemí se sprchami, relaxační místnost resp. studovna a místnost pro pedagogy. 3 NP bude relativně stejné jako 2 NP plus místnost izolace. 4 NP bude ustoupené, bude zde prostor pro klubovnu, posilovnu, relax zónu se soc. zázemím, dále zde bude terasa, venkovní workoutové hřiště. Zbylá plocha střechy bude pojednána jako zelená střecha. Z důvodu bezpečnosti bude ve 4 NP vysoký plot. Studií je zde navrženo parkování osobních aut, uzamykatelný přístřešek na kola a odpadové hospodářství.
