Original language: csPředmětem plnění zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby (DPS), včetně vypracování souhrnného položkového soupisu stavebních prací s výkazem výměr a oceněným výkazem výměr a dále zajištění výkonu autorského dozoru (AD) při provádění stavebních prací na investiční akci „ÚP Plzeň – kotelny“. Předmět smlouvy se vztahuje na rekonstrukci plynové kotelny ke dvěma samostatným objektům na adrese:
a) Závodu Míru 725/16, parc. č. 1300, v katastrálním území Stará Role, obec Karlovy Vary;
b) Randova 167, parc. č. 518/2, v katastrálním území Luby, obec Klatovy.
Zhotovitel zpracuje pro každou kotelnu samostatnou dokumentaci.
