Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce na přístavbě nové tělocvičny, modernizaci a nástavbě nových učeben na Základní škole a Základní umělecké škole Habrmanova v Hradci Králové. Stavba bude obsahovat změnu dokončené stavby ZŠ Habrmanova a ZUŠ Habrmanova. Stavebními úpravami dojde ke změnám dispozičního řešení. Řešená část objektu školy je využívaná jako sportovní a umělecké zázemí. V suterénu se nachází šatny pro studenty a odpočinková zóna.
