Rodzaj zamowienia: Works
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych w związku z realizacją inwestycji pn. „Zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej oświetlenia ulicznego w mieście Działdowo”. Przedmiotowe zamówienie dotyczy budowy nowego systemu oświetlenia ulicznego w obrębie określonego obszaru na terenie Działdowa, co w efekcie ma służyć poprawie efektywności energetycznej. Obszar inwestycji cechują: brak istnienia oświetlenia ulicznego lub też występowanie przestarzałego oświetlenia ulicznego. W ramach przedsięwzięcia ma powstać 359 szt. nowych lub zmodernizowanych punktów świetlnych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają: dokumentacje projektowe, specyfikacje techniczne oraz przedmiary robót, które zostały określone w rozdziale II i stanowią załączniki do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (zwanej dalej SWZ lub Specyfikacją). 3. Szczegółowy zakres realizacji robót objętych niniejszym postępowaniem został określony w przedmiarach stanowiących część dokumentacji technicznej. Wykonawca najpóźniej w dniu zawarcia umowy zobowiązany jest dostarczyć szczegółowy kosztorys ofertowy planowanych prac z wyszczególnionymi kosztami netto i brutto zadania. Ofertowy kosztorys budowlany musi być szczegółowy i zawierać następujące elementy: stronę tytułową, przedmiar robót, kalkulację szczegółową zastosowanych cen jednostkowych, tabelę elementów scalonych oraz w załączniku kalkulację szczegółową cen jednostkowych wraz z uzasadnieniem. Kosztorys ofertowy musi być zatwierdzony oraz podpisany przez wykonawcę i kierownika robót. 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. 5. Na podstawie art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy, Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia na podstawie umowy o pracę przez Wykonawcę lub/i podwykonawcę i/lub dalszego podwykonawcę wszystkich osób wykonujących czynności wymienione w ust. 6, określone w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. Najpóźniej w dniu rozpoczęcia robót, Wykonawca będzie zobowiązany zatrudnić na czas realizacji zamówienia osoby wykonujące czynn
