⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
⒜ Not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for NICT
⒝ Have Grade A, B, C or D "Offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NICT in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027, or in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency
⒞ Not be suspended from transaction by the request of NICT, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications or all other prefectures. Within the suspended term by those above, only the term exceeding the suspended term by the request of NICT is not included
⑺ Time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 12 : 00 23 June 2026
