Bepalen van wat en hoeveel er gebaggerd moet worden;
Monstername en (laten) analyseren van de bagger;
Ecologisch onderzoek i.v.m. de wet Natuurbescherming;
Opstellen bestekken en verwerkingsplannen;
Toezicht op afroep.
