Project: Accelerating Sustainable Energy Transition Program

The ASEAN Centre for Energy has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Clean Energy and Power Trade Development in Southeast Asia Project of the Multi-Phase Programmatic Approach Accelerating Sustainable Energy Transition/MPA ASET (P181555) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for hiring Administrative and Technical Assistant for the APG Program.

The MPA ASET now invites eligible individuals (“Consultant”) indicating her/his interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultant should provide information demonstrating that She/He has the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services (attach curriculum vitae with description of experience in similar assignments, 3 references, etc.).

Interested applicant who meet the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services based on the Terms and References (TOR) will be selected.

This is a full-time position with approximate contract duration of 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of the contract signing and subject to annual performance of the consultant.

The Consultant will be selected through a competitive process in accordance with Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised in sixth edition dated February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
