Description

The Power and Water Corporation (PWC) manages a large portfolio of transmission structures across the Northern Territory. These include 66 kV and 132 kV lattice towers, guyed towers, poles made up of concrete and steel, A frame and I beam structures that operate in harsh environmental conditions and require inspection to maintain safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.
PWC is seeking a qualified tenderer to provide drone inspection services for transmission structures. The tenderer shall be responsible for capturing high-resolution RGB and thermal aerial imagery, identifying defects and anomalies, and delivering comprehensive inspection reports with mapped results in ArcGIS or an approved alternative platform.
The tenderer shall undertake all inspection activities in accordance with the reference guideline document. The tenderer may propose additional inspection activities where these enhance the overall condition assessment. Referenced documents which are part of the scope shall be reviewed to understand the full requirements. Any proposed deviations from the specified scope or the guideline must be clearly identified and supported with justification.
