Le Bureau International du Travail (B.I.T.) recherche une personne team leader pour conduire l’évaluation indépendante à mi-parcours du projet de partenariat entre l’OIT et le ministère de l’agriculture et de la souveraineté alimentaire /Programme DEFIS à Madagascar.
Vous trouverez ci-dessous un résumé du travail à effectuer :
• Réunion préparatoire avec le BIT, incluant des entretiens à distance avec le personnel et la revue documentaire ;
• Produire le rapport de démarrage de l’évaluation, incluant, mais pas uniquement la méthodologie, les outils de collecte et d’analyse des données, le chronogramme de l’évaluation ;
• Assurer la collecte des données, à la fois à distance et en présentiel ;
• Préparer et présenter les résultats préliminaires issues de la collecte des données pendant l’atelier des parties prenantes ;
• Assurer l’analyse des données collectées ;
• Préparer le rapport provisoire de l’évaluation ;
• Produire le rapport final et le résumé exécutif de l’évaluation.
