Description
Das Spital Lachen soll in den nächsten Jahren in zwei Umbauphasen und mehreren Etappen gesamtsaniert werden. Die dafür erforderliche Machbarkeitsstudie mit der genauen Definition der baulichen Bestellung als Grundlage nimmt jedoch noch einige Zeit in Anspruch. Erst dann kann die entsprechende Generalplanersubmission und die Gesamtprojektplanung lanciert werden. Deshalb hat sich die Spitalleitung entschieden, einzelne Teilprojekte aufgrund der Dringlichkeit vorgängig umzusetzen. Diese vier Teilprojekte sollen gemäss den Beschreibungen im separaten Dokument Machbarkeitsstudien und Projektbeschreibungen mit unterschiedlichen Erstellungspriorisierungen umgesetzt werden. Im weiteren Verlauf der Projektplanung können sich Projekt- und Umsetzungsziele allenfalls noch verändern.
