Specifications: The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the purchase of Promotional Branded Apron BBQ Sets.
Special Instructions to Bidders: 1. Substitutes will be considered.
2. The production file will be provided to the successful vendor.
3. All set up charges are to be included in the quote. 4. SIGA will obtain and provide all required permissions for logo usage. 5. Digital proofs must be provided and approved by SIGA prior to production.
6. All items to be shipped directly to SIGA Central office. 7. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
8. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date. 9. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
10. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information. 11. Bidders shall provide the specification sheet and indicate all included features and accessories with their bid submission.
