Sub-contract 1 includes the delivery of development consultants for the child protection services in ร s, Frogn, Nesodden, Vestby and Enebakk. The services shall ensure flexible and stable access to qualified personnel who can implement measures, follow-up children, youths and families, as well as contribute guidance and practical work in accordance with the child protection service ฬs decision.
