Procuring Entity: Project Director, Land Management Automation Project. โ€ข Analysis and assessment of CMIS (Civil Suite, Review & Appeal, Miscase, Rent Certificate and Others) to prepare the precise SRS and system design for CMIS (Civil Suite, Review & Appeal, Miscase, Rent Certificate and Others).
โ€ข Providing appropriate software development and support plans for the CMIS (Civil Suite, Review & Appeal, Miscase, Rent Certificate and Others) process of Civil Suite, Review & Appeal, Miscase, Rent Certificate and others.
โ€ข System development and integration with solution platform through responsive Web Applications & Mobile Applications.
โ€ข Migration and segregation of existing data from the current system to new developed system.
โ€ข Capacity development and training for end-user and operational user to run the software smoothly.
โ€ข Provide 24x7 support & maintenance for the developed CMIS (Civil Suite, Review & Appeal, Miscase, Rent Certificate and Others) as per SLA. Procurement Method: Quality and Cost Based Selection(QCBS). Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Experience and Resources Required: 1. The software developing firm will demonstrate experience of at least Ten (10) years in similar services like developing, testing, integration of IT automation systems and other services as specified in ToR.
2. Must have update BASIS membership and ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 or ISO 27001 certified.
3. Must have experience of completing similar nature of service at least 02 (Two) large scale/ nationwide software development, implementation and maintenance service amounting taka 5,00,00,000 (Five Crore) with the Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization.
4. Must have had an average annual turnover above TK 5,00,00,000 (Five Crore) in the last 02 (two) financial years.

5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 5,00,00,000 (Five Crore).. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. Contact: Md.
