Description

Edmonton Public Schools owns and operates over 230 facilities serving approximately 125,000 students.
The Division Integrated Infrastructure Services (IIS), is responsible for these sites and along with continual operational maintenance, provides renewal (IMR) and capital (CMR) construction project support. In addition, IIS handles school generated program-based renovations.
This competitive RFP seeks to solicit qualification responses from qualified Electrical and Mechanical teams interested in providing the services for the upgrades to the following schools Queen Elizabeth and M. E. LaZerte High Schools.
Due to the tight timelines, requiring meetings prior to school ending, there will be no RFP closing extensions.
All members of the IPD Team are to be available to attend two half day Smart Start Workshops as a start to the Project.
