Description

Melbourne Water (MW) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Design & Construct services for the Eastern Treatment Plant Sludge Dewatering Upgrade (ETPSDU) project. Successful shortlisted Respondents to this EOI will be invited to participate in the following RFP. This tender is conditional on formal Victorian Government approval and this EOI does not constitute any commitment by MW to proceed with shortlisted Respondents into the RFP phase.

The EOI will be conducted through MW's procurement system called Zycus. All submissions must be lodged through Zycus and all queries/clarifications are to be directed through the Zycus eForum.

Respondents must first submit an unamended executed confidentiality deed poll (instructions as per the EOI) to Zycus event 1222088984. Respondents will then be invited to a second Zycus event for the EOI submission and provide access to project information.

The closing date for this EOI is 14:00 AEST, Monday 01 June 2026 .

An Industry Briefing Session will be held in person at Melbourne Water's Head Office (990 La Trobe St, Docklands, VIC 3008) on Wednesday, 29 April 2026. Respondents must register their attendance with the Contact Officer as per the EOI instructions.
