Event services to co-organize “Law, justice and society” seminar jointly with Aspen Institute Kyiv, on 27-31 May 2026, in Polyana, Ukraine
Description
The ExB SPU project “Empowering Constitutional Justice: Strengthening the Constitutional Court of
Ukraine’s Role in Advancing Gender Equality, Human Rights, and Rule of Law” (hereinafter – the "Project") envisages to organize a four-day seminar in Zakarpattia to introduce and discuss with the participants (members of legal community, public officials, and civil society experts) key issues of theoretical constitutionalism. Seminar participants will also consider and discuss ongoing constitutional reform in the light of this theoretical outlook.
In 2017-2025, the OSCE jointly with the Aspen Institute Kyiv conducted a series of seminars for senior
judiciary, public officials, and representatives of legal community, NGOs and media aimed at sharing
participants’ views on the rule of law, good governance, and human rights values.
Proceeding from the aforesaid, the OSCE SPU requires a conference service company/hotel, to provide services
and relevant support for the organizing the event as required and described hereto.
