Growing and Renewing Public Housing REOI
Description
To supplement the Growing and Renewing Public Housing plan, Housing ACT, Community Services Directorate seeks proposals through REOI for the following categories of property:
a) Land Only;
b) House and Land Packages (established dwellings, under construction or in design/to be built);
c) Multi-unit developments of no more than 30 residences (established complexes, under construction or in design/to be built);
d) Multi-unit developments where the proposal is for the sale of individual units in a larger development; and
e) Any other proposal that would meet the Commissioner’s needs.
Proposals will be considered with or without an approved Development Application (DA). Further information is detailed within the REOI.
