Department of Special Repairs Projects (SRP), Paint Administration- IDIQ Contract
No Bid Security Required.
NYCHA intends to separately solicit and award a series of Four (4) SRP, Paint Administration Exclusivity Contract(s) for IDIQ Maintenance Painting of Apartments, Interior and Exterior Public Space Work Including Stairwell Painting (FRP & Silicate Systems)- Various Developments-All Five (5) Boroughs, City-Wide pursuant to RFQ#s: RFQ#s: 521141-Special Repair Projects, Various Developments City-Wide, 521142- Special Repair Projects, Various Developments City-Wide, 521143- Special Repair Projects, Various Developments City-Wide and 521144- Special Repair Projects, Various Developments City-Wide (or this Bid Series).
Contract Term: The Term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years from the award date established on NYCHAs Blanket Purchase Order or the issuance of the Notice to Proceed Order. NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this contract with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods.
Limiting Award Provision: NYCHA has determined that it is in the best interest of NYCHA to award only one (1) of the IDIQ contracts in this Bid Series to the lowest responsive, responsible individual Contractor, subject to the award limiting language (Step 1).
