Predmet nabave je nabava jednog (1) kamiona s hidrauličnom zglobnom dizalicom za brodice i tovarnim sandukom, a sve sukladno detaljnom opisu određenom u Obrascu Tehničkih specifikacija (Prilog 1 - Tehničke specifikacije – dalje u tekst: Prilog 1) i Troškovniku (Prilog 2 – Troškovnik). Nabavlja se vozilo N3 razreda. Ponuditelji su dužni ponuditi predmet nabave sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama i svim uvjetima koji su navedeni u DoN (ili boljih karakteristika). Predmet nabave obuhvaća i montažu dizalice i hidraulične opreme.
