PR000124 Internal Remediation Works at the World Theatre
Description
Charters Towers Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the provision of internal remediation works at the World Theatre.
The key priorities as part of the internal remediation works include:
โข Install new ceiling lining and wall cladding
โข Installation of new carpet;
โข Tile replacement works; and
โข Painting the foyer, cinemas and theatre.
A mandatory site inspection will be held Tuesday 5 May 2026 at 10:00am on site.
RSVPs for the site inspection to facilities@charterstowers.qld.gov.au are required by 5:00pm Friday 01 May 2026.
Tenders must be lodged electronically through VendorPanel by 9:00am on Wednesday 20 May 2026.
Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
