Provision of Mountain Bike Services – Lake Mountain Alpine Resort

The Opportunity
ARV is seeking proposals from experienced, innovative operators to develop and implement a sustainable, high quality commercial offering for the resort’s mountain biking trail network during the summer (non-winter) season, nominally from November to April inclusive.
ARV is looking for a mountain biking service provider interested in assuming commercial operation of the Lake Mountain MTB trail network (including areas under licence outside the resort boundary) and associated activities such as:
- MTB Shuttle Access Services for the network
- MTB tours and clinics
- MTB events and promotions
This opportunity would require a supplier to assume management of the trail network, including the cost associated with any maintenance, upgrade and renewal, and in return would have exclusive rights to offer commercial services associated with the trail.
Please note, this exclusivity covers commercial services only and does not preclude public independent access and usage of the trail.
This is a chance to play an important role in Lake Mountain’s green season visitor experience and realise the potential of an established product with strong uptake.
