Upphandlingen avser uppdraget Ramavtal Byggnadskonstruktion . Avropen kan ske inom samtliga förekommande skeden såsom förstudie-, program-, projekterings-, bygg- och förvaltningsskede samt ske i samband med om-, till- och nybyggnad. Avrop som inriktas på att upphandla en entreprenad kan innebära att projekterade handlingar ska anpassas både till ABT 06 och AB 04.
