Předmětem veřejné zakázky je revitalizace 3.patra (4.NP) budovy B02 v Nemocnici Jablonec nad Nisou, p.o., kde se nachází gynekologicko porodnické oddělení (GYP). Realizace rekonstrukce oddělení GYP bude provedena ve dvou etapách nazvaných část A a část B. V části A se jedná o revitalizaci porodních sálů a porodnického oddělení. V části B se jedná o revitalizaci lůžkové gynekologie, šestinedělí a novorozeneckého oddělení. Součástí revitalizace prostor je výměna stávajících oken s hliníkovými rámy za okna s trojsklem s plastovými rámy a modernizace VZT ve strojovnách v 6. a 7. NP.
